In my first master's studies, MSOL (Master's of Science in Organizational Leadership) students are required to provide a portfolio of reflections and artifacts that must be critically evaluated by academic assessors demonstrating student achievement of MSOL program outcomes. Students must pass this capstone to graduate and earn their MSOL degree.
