Data is the lifeforce of any organization. I am very data- oriented and I believe tracking data is critical. In my role at the University of Hartford, I set up the infrastructure for my team to log and report on our department data so that we can make data-informed decisions to best support our students and faculty. The instructional design logging framework was built out on day one in June of 2022, while the support logging infrastructure was completed in January of 2023. Below is an example of the data systems I track and have put together. I also run an annual year end metrics report, screenshots of my work are also included below. Given the nature of how sensitive some of our data can be, the images below were carefully curated to ensure I did not violate our university/user privacy policies.
